The grind of the game against Wink in the spring of 2022 is apparent on the face of the Blizzards' Jon Kullen Busher (1) in the last 2 minutes of the 57-48 loss to Wink in the state 2A quarterfinals in Garden City. In the fall of 2022, Busher would suffer a catastrophic injury do his leg during a home football game against Hico.
