Robin Burgess retires after 45 years as county Tax Assessor
RUNNELS COUNTY - Robin Burgess started working for Runnels County on September 1st, 1979, when she was sworn in as a deputy. She'd soon become the county tax assessor/collector when elected to the position in 1992, starting her new career in 1993.
