Wall took an early lead in the first inning. Wall scored one run when Ryan Gully tripled with zero outs in the first inning.

One bright spot for Ballinger was a single by Reid Matschek in the fourth inning.

Earlier in the week, the Bearcats defeated Reagan County 12-6.

Clayton Hagey drove in four on three hits to lead Ballinger past Reagan County 12-6 on Tuesday April 11. Hagey drove in runs on a single in the first, a double in the third, a triple in the fourth, and a walk in the sixth.

Reagan County scored five runs in the third inning, but Ballinger still managed to pull out the victory. The big inning for Reagan County came thanks to a single by DeLeun, a single and a walk by Agneio, and a single by Gallegos.

Ballinger captured the lead in the first inning. Hagey drove in one when he singled in the first inning.

In the bottom of the first inning, Reagan County tied things up at one. An error scored one run for Reagan County.

Ballinger took the lead for good with six runs in the third inning. In the third Hagey doubled off of DelQio, driving in two runs, Ian Conrad singled off of DelQio, driving in one run, Cody Harral tripled off of DelQio, driving in two runs, and Hagen Garvin doubled off of DelQio, driving in one run.

Keynan Gonzales earned the win for Ballinger. He threw four innings, allowing zero runs, two hits, striking out nine, and walking zero. DeLeun took the loss for Reagan County. He went, allowing one run, zero hits, and walking one.

Cody Harral started the game for Ballinger. He went two and two-thirds innings, giving up five runs, six hits, and walking zero. DelQio started the game for Reagan County. He threw four innings, allowing nine runs, 11 hits, striking out four, and walking one.

Ballinger collected 13 hits. Hagey, Conrad, Damian Michalewicz, and Jon Marcon each collected multiple hits for Ballinger.

Reagan County had 10 hits in the game. Gallegos and Esquivel each collected multiple hits for Reagan County. J. Chavez went 1-for-4 at the plate as he led the team with two runs batted in.
