Winters - Selma M Dietz, 103, of Winters passed away Thursday, September 23, 2021.

She was born August 28, 1918 in Coleman County to Ottie and Leora Martin. She lived in Runnels County most of her life. She married William Hazel Dietz in Ballinger in 1937. William preceded her in death in 1994. She was a LVN, capped in 1969. She was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church. Selma loved to travel.

She was preceded in death by her husband William Hazel Dietz and grandson William Michael Chapman.

She is survived by two children: Judith Ann Harrison of Winters and William Louis Dietz and wife Dana of Wichita, Kansas; two sisters: Willeen Carr and husband John and Jeanette; as well as four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Winters Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, September 26, 2021 at Crews Cemetery under the direction of Winters Funeral Home.
