Filiberto Reyes, 52, of Ballinger, formerly Winters and Wingate died July 12, 2017. He was born June 16, 1965 in Carnes City, Texas. He moved to Wingate with his family as a child and grew up there. He worked for Alderman Cave Milling and Grain in Winters. He was a Catholic.

He is survived by 1 daughter: Krisol Reyes of Hobbs, New Mexico. 5 brothers: David Reyes of Winters, Joe Reyes of Winters, Primo Reyes of Ballinger, Sammy Ibarra of Midland and Mondo Tamez of Winters. 5 sisters: Sylvia Quiroga of Ballinger, Susie Reyes of Ballinger, Beatrice Reyes of Ballinger, Helen Martinez of San Antonio and Norma Reyes of Wingate. He was preceded in death by 1 son: Juan Reyna and his parents: Primitivo and Severa Reyes.

Rosary was held at 7:00 P.M. Friday July 14, 2017 in the Winters Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service was held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday July 15, 2017 at Lighthouse Community Church in Winters. Burial followed in the Wingate cemetery directed by Winters Funeral Home.
