The Last Chapter (TLC), located on Highway 67 South of Ballinger (next to the John Deer house) will have free caroling on December 23. Admission fees are waived and the community, churches, choirs and other groups are welcome to come bask in the glow of the Christmas spirit. Bill Hancock
