SAN ANGELO - Fleeing fugitives dubbed as “Bonnie and Clyde” type duo, lead law enforcement on a high speed chase on a crotch-rocket style motorcycle that began in Coleman and went through Ballinger, Rowena and Miles and ended in Tom Green County.

SAN ANGELO - Fleeing fugitives dubbed as “Bonnie and Clyde” type duo, lead law enforcement on a high speed chase on a crotch-rocket style motorcycle that began in Coleman and went through Ballinger, Rowena and Miles and ended in Tom Green County.

The high speed chase reportedly started in Coleman County on Thursday afternoon. In all the couple led law enforcement through three counties during the chase which started on TX 206 and went to U.S. Highway 67.

The couple hailed from Defuniak Springs, Florida according to San Angelo LIVE.

Shane Curry, 32, was arrested and charged with evading arrest with a previous conviction in Tom Green County and evading arrest with a vehicle in Coleman County. He remains in the Tom Green County Jail on bonds totaling $17,500.

The woman who was on the back of the motorcycle, was identified as Victoria Vencil, 33, also of Defuniak Springs, Florida. She was charged with evading arrest and detention in Tom Green County and evading arrest with a vehicle, in Coleman County and remains in jail on bonds totaling $10,500.

Multiple agencies responded including the Department of Public Safety, Runnels County Sheriff’s Office and the Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office pursued the couple with speeds reaching over 100 miles per hour.
