Winters Public Library will host numerous programs in March which are all free and open to the public. Here is a listing so mark your calendar.

10 a.m. to noon Monday, March 20

Knitting session. Jane Allcorn will instruct how to make dishcloths. Bring No. 8 or 9 knitting needles and 2.5 yards of peaches and cream yarn. Please use the back entrance of the library.

10 a.m. to noon, Tuesday, March 21

iPhone/iPad program. If you need one on one instructions, come at 9:30 and Tom Miller will be glad to help you. Please use the back entrance of the library. At 2 p.m. it's craft time! Anita Martinez will show participants how to make flowers. If you have any empty paper towel rolls, please bring them and your scissors too. The library will furnish other materials needed.

9 a.m. to noon, Wednesday March 22

Diabetes and blood pressure screening. Do not eat before screening for best results. Please use back entrance to the library.

5:30 p.m. Thursday, March 23

Susan and Randall Connor will take us on a tour of Cuba. They took a trip to Cuba a few months ago and will share this experience with visitors.

Every Monday at noon

Coloring time is available. Come at your convenience and spend time coloring. It's been said that coloring sometimes relieves stress. Why not give it a try.
