MILES - The Angel Run benefitting St. Thomas Catholic Church’s newly constructed Parish Hall was Saturday, Oct. 29 in Miles. Considering that nearly 100 runners entered, the 5K/1K Run was a huge success.

MILES - The Angel Run benefitting St. Thomas Catholic Church’s newly constructed Parish Hall was Saturday, Oct. 29 in Miles. Considering that nearly 100 runners entered,  the 5K/1K Run was considered a huge success. Participants had the opportunity to run or walk in memory or honor of someone special to them for a $5 fee. Angel wings and signage was placed along the course with the names of who the participants were running or walking for. Proceeds from the Angelo run benefit the newly constructed parish hall at St. Thomas Catholic Church. Chairman Linda Schwertner thanked  all the volunteers and Knights of Columbus members who were involved in hosting the run.
