Juanita Galvan Picon, 93, of San Angelo formerly of Ballinger, passed away Friday, September 9, 2022 at Shannon Medical Center in San Angelo, Texas.

She was born May 20, 1929, in Hatchel, Texas to Julio Galvan, Sr. and Ricarda Castellano.

She had lived in Ballinger nearly all of her life and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, greatgrandmother, and homemaker.

Juanita is survived by her children; Marie Picon, Lupe Picon, Jr., Tony Picon, Julie Gonzales, Patsy Edwards, and Rebecca Luera

Rosary will be Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at 6 p.m., at Lange Funeral Home Chapel in Ballinger. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, September 15, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Ballinger. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Ballinger.
