Dear Reader As many of you know, the Register and Gatehouse Media were acquired in 2019 by Gannett Media/USA Today. On February 1st of this year, CherryRoad Media purchased several dozen newspapers from Gannett, including the Register. Since the acquisition, the newspaper has concentrated on bringing back the old ways we followed under Gatehouse; running as much local content as possible.
Well, it’s time for school to start and we are left wondering where the summer went. I still believe there are less hours in summer days than in days when we go to school.
They all sat on the headboard of my daughter’s bed. Some even sat on her desk and bookshelf. Each had a unique personality, but they didn’t really contribute much. The therapy room can often seem clouded in misconceptions and mystery for those that have never stepped foot in one. Therapy is often seen as a cookie cutter experience where you lay on a couch and have a therapist ask you to reveal your deepest childhood traumas. While for some, that experience could be needed and necessary, this isn’t the only process played out in the therapy room.

Several weeks ago I experienced a mess in my van. I had gotten into my van and prepared to drive to set up for a dance. I noticed the radio dial was sticky. I also noticed the console was sticky.
