Wilson was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, raised in Rio Rancho, Mexico, and now makes her home out in this part of our beautiful state, “Most of my family is originally from the Dallas area.
BALLINGER - It seems almost a travesty to take over 2,600 photo at the Runnels County Junior Livestock Show, then only run 30 or so of them. So, with that being said, here are some more photos this week.
I have a few thoughts for you this week. My mind has been wandering and caused me to work overtime to get this going. I watched the Cowboys play against San Francisco Sunday night. I felt the pressure the Cowboy kicker felt trying to redeem himself. My heart sunk when he got his first kick blocked. When he made his second and third kick I was elated. I cannot imagine the feelings that player must have been experiencing leading up to the game Sunday night. What can I say? Here’s to next year? How about dem Cowboys!?
What is important? Common sense says that the most important things are those upon which other things depend, beginnings and foundations come to mind. However, we typically live our lives as if the ends and the pinnacles are the most important things. This is a fundamental error, and our lives are diminished by it. It is obvious that breathing, eating and drinking are important because by inhaling and swallowing our body takes in the basic elements we need to survive. However, exhaling is just as important as inhaling. As the mathematicians say, it is “by definition” or “identically” as important.
