Bertha Grohman-Brown, 62, of Winters passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2018. She was born October 6, 1955 to John and Betty Grohman in Winters where she grew up. She graduated from Winters High School in 1974. She moved to the Abilene area and worked for various convenience stores. She married Charles Wayne Brown and they lived in Clyde until he preceded her in death. She returned to Winters.
She was preceded in death by her father John Grohman, and husband Charles Brown.
She is survived by her mother Betty Phillips of Winters; sister Elizabeth White and husband Barry of Willow Park; brother Freddie Grohman and wife Landa of Winters; 3 nieces, 3 nephews, and 2 great-nephews, as well as longtime friend and business partner, Raul Trevino.
The family received friends at the Winters Funeral Home Thursday, April 26, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. Funeral Services were held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 27, 2018 at the Winters Funeral Home Chapel with Colt McCook officiating. Burial followed at Lakeview Cemetery under the direction of the Winters Funeral Home.
