Before we continue, I want you to stop and think what you would do next.
Do you know your neighbors? Do you know everyone on your block?
Let's say you do know your neighbor where that strange car is at. You give your neighbor a call and give them a detailed description of the vehicle. They can say two things: 1) yes, they do know the car and everything is OK or; 2) no, the car does not sound familiar to them.
If the answer is number 2, this is what you should do:
Call the non-emergency police number at 325-365-3591 and give dispatch the description of the vehicle including the license plate number. The police will arrive and could find out the vehicle was being used to steal your neighbor's property and the suspects are arrested. The police will talk with you and get a statement from you. Your neighbor's property is safe and they are grateful! You did a good thing! After all, wouldn't you want your neighbors looking out for you too?

It starts with you.
