The Carnegie Library recently received a $17,444.44 grant from the Eva Tucker Foundation. Because of their generosity , the library board is able to purchase new wooden blinds for every window, and have all new LED lighting installed throughout the whole building.

Last year, the same foundation made it possible to bring the bathrooms up to ADA standards, and install a handicap railing along the side of the wheelchair ramp in the back. Pictured from left to right are Carol Kraatz, librarian and Sue Morrish of the Carnegie Library Board.
